Funding Opportunity: 2025 DV Coordinated Entry Supportive Services RFP Now Open
Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri (CPSEMO) is pleased to announce the release of the 2025 Domestic Violence Coordinated Entry Supportive Services Only (DV CE SSO) Request for Proposals (RFP). This funding opportunity is designed for nonprofit agencies working to improve housing access for survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking in Regions 8 and 9 of the Missouri Balance of State Continuum of Care (MO BoS CoC).
This award supports supportive services only—such as staffing, system coordination, outreach, and training. It is not a housing grant, but instead aims to strengthen the infrastructure of Coordinated Entry (CE) systems to ensure they are safe, equitable, and accessible for survivors.

What the Grant Funds
This opportunity is designed to enhance Coordinated Entry for survivors through:
Hiring and supporting CE access staff
Conducting outreach to improve survivor participation
Hosting trauma-informed, VAWA-compliant training
Collaborating with regional CE Leads and DV service providers
Reducing wait times and system barriers for survivors
Strong applications will demonstrate regional coordination, service experience, and a survivor-centered approach.
Who Can Apply
Eligible applicants must:
Be a Missouri-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit in good standing
Have an active SAM registration and valid UEI
Demonstrate capacity to manage federal funding
Commit to using DVIM as the data system for the project
Submit $2,000 minimum cash match at grant start (total 25% match by end of grant)

A narrative (5 pages max) addressing sections A–I as outlined in the RFP
Completed budget form
Letters of support (from CE Leads and DV providers)
Match documentation
SAM UEI, Secretary of State, and IRS nonprofit verification
Certification of homeless representation on your board
