CPSEMO proudly serves 14 direct-service counties and 101 indirect-service counties across the region.

This year, CPSEMO celebrates the legacy of Mary C. Kasten, whose vision of compassion and community empowerment continues to inspire. Her work fostered lasting positive change, and her memory drives CPSEMO’s mission forward.
